Executive Coaching
Professionals seek out coaching because they are not getting the results they want at work, at home, or both. In other words, they are “blocked” from living the life they want to live. Reasons for this may be lack of confidence, inability to connect, an ego-over-humility approach, conflict avoidance, fear of failure, or allowing others to determine self-worth.
JMB helps clients at all career stages understand where they’re trying to go, increase self-awareness to determine what is “blocking” their way, co-create an action plan, and serve as an accountability partner along the way.

About Jen Berton
Its founder, Jen Berton, leverages her experience as a seasoned leader in competitive work environments and a core skill set of critical thinking, relationship building, showing up authentically, and using humor to relate to others. She takes what she has learned over a 20+ year career in a variety of organizations, cultures, and industries and combines it with training in professional coaching from an ICF-accredited program to create a grounded approach that helps clients achieve overall well-being.
Armed with high EQ, Jen has been a trusted advisor, coach, and confidant to many C-suite and mid-level executives for over a decade. In Chief of Staff, Marketing Communications, and Strategy & Operations leadership roles, she has successfully built high performing teams, maximized employee performance, retained top talent, managed through change, and inspired teams to drive results.
Jen has thrived in various organizations, including large global financial services companies, luxury consumer brands, academic medical centers, government agencies, marketing communications firms, and small non-profits.
Jen holds a BA from Villanova University and certifications in Professional Coaching, Team Coaching, Energy Leadership, and Corporate Sustainability Management. In addition, she received a PQ Intelligence Coaching Grant and completed the eight-week mental fitness training program.
Jen lives in New England with her husband, two children, and Bailey, their Covid puppy. She is active in her community, mentoring professionals, volunteering at local schools, and coaching youth sports.
